Khanfroush is a traditional Saudi sweet pastry, soft and slightly cakey in texture, made with flour, eggs, sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Each biscuit is gently fried or baked, then topped with sesame seeds and a sprinkle of powdered sugar for a subtly sweet and aromatic finish. Perfectly spongy on the inside with a light crispness on the outside.
